This Privacy Policy explains how Harmony Technology, Inc. (“Harmony,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with Meadow — our mobile and web application for discovering places and gathering with people nearby — and the website at harmonytechnologyinc.com (together, the “Services”).

Meadow is intended for adults 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

1. Information we collect

We do not use advertising SDKs, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

2. How we use information

To operate, maintain, and improve Meadow — showing nearby places, running circles and plans.
To create and secure your account and verify eligibility (18+).
To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
To understand product usage in aggregate and improve features.
To process optional donations you choose to make.
To protect the Services, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited cases:

“Sharing” here means transferring data to a third party. Your data is stored on our own backend infrastructure; that hosting is not “sharing.”

4. Data retention

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information, except where we must retain it to comply with legal, tax, or security obligations.

5. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS), to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.

6. Your rights and choices

Access & update: view and edit your profile information in the app.
Delete your account: delete your account and associated personal data directly in the app (Settings → Privacy & Security), or by emailing us.
Location: grant or revoke location permission any time in your device settings.
Do Not Sell: we do not sell personal information, so no opt-out is needed.
Depending on where you live (e.g. the EEA/UK or California), you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Contact us to exercise them and we will respond as required by law.

7. Children

Meadow is not directed to and may not be used by anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete it.

8. International users

We operate from the United States. If you use the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
